Pay By Check
Paying by check is a slower method of payment than is paying online. You will print your invoice* and write the quantity of sessions next to your selection. You will then sign, date, & submit by mail with your payment**.
Payments are received at our national headquarters. It is not our policy to have our fitness trainers mail your payments for you, but some may offer to do so as a courtesy.
Clicking Continue, below, will display our online contract. Please read our terms carefully. We do regret that sessions cannot be reserved until we receive payment.
* You will be given the option to have your invoice mailed to you as opposed to printing it at your computer.
** Personal or business checks must be made out to Perfect Personal Training and in American currency. Money orders are also accepted but may require a longer processing time. No foreign checks or money orders can be accepted.
